Throughout her career, Lucy has developed and scaled comprehensive marketing programs across B2B global markets, with a strong focus on field marketing, strategic communications, and event execution. Her work spans digital campaigns, lead generation, social media, thought leadership, content strategy, and partner marketing—bringing together project management, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to deliver real results.

Lucy brings a proven track record of aligning marketing and sales teams to drive go-to-market success, create measurable demand, and strengthen customer and partner relationships.

Her approach combines creativity with strategic insight, enabling her to manage everything from high-level brand positioning to the detailed logistics of global live and virtual events.

Lucy is a founder and driving force of GroupTech Connect, which was a niche event focused on the group benefits industry, and also a co-founder and co-chair of EmpowerHER.

Both initiatives reflect Lucy’s passion for building community, fostering equity, and creating space for meaningful conversations in traditionally conservative industries.

In addition, Lucy serves on the advisory boards for the University of Connecticut’s MS in Fintech Program and ITC Vegas + Group Benefits , where she contributes insights on the evolving intersections of marketing, technology, and insurance.
